The biologic clock is not set in the same manner for the cells of different organs of the body
Therefore ageing process is different in the case of the bones, veins, lungs etc. The skin is the more superficial organ that is why it is the most easily noticed indicator of ageing. Thus, you need skin care corresponding to your age.
For systematization reasons, biological evolution of the skin was divided in age groups: 15 – 25 years, 25 – 40 years, and 40-60 years and older, even if differences between groups are not interrupted but continuous.
The first thing you have to know is that low temperature and humidity in the air lead to dehydration of the skin, especially of the dry one, leaving behind a white exfoliated skin.
We spend a lot buying new, revolutionary cosmetic products. Nobody denies the efficiency of these products, but beauty products made by us at home may be miraculous as well.
Hydrating dry skin: prepare a spoon of honey, a spoon of vegetal oil and a quarter of a spoon of lemon juice. Mix these ingredients and apply them on each area of dry skin. Let it action for 10 minutes, then rinse your skin with warm water.
Tonic from tea plants: 1 cup of distilled water; 1 spoon of dry green tea leaves; the same quantity of dry daisies; 1 spoon rose water; 1 spoon of aloe Vera gel; 3 teaspoons apple vinegar; 3 teaspoons of lemon juice (optionally for the skin with fat tendencies).
I have given these examples only to make you aware of the importance of natural ingredients in skin care, which does not have any secondary effects, only beneficial ones.
