Symptoms of Hair Loss

We sometimes wonder why we lose hair every morning when we comb it. Stress is guilty for losing hair and it is a serious problem for most of the women especially. Therefore, more and more women suffer from losing hair because of stress, according to a research of Hairhelmet.co.uk
Women are more affected than men are. Seventy-four percent of the women suffer from this disease of modern civilization unlike men of 59 percent.
Generations of women try to do everything as housewives, to have a career, to take care of their home, to maintain their relationship with their partner and to educate their children, are very affected by losing hair, paying a high price for their extra hours at work and at home, but they are also affected by other kind of diseases.

This research found out that women between 35 and 45 years are very affected of stress, suffering from allergies, like headaches, eczemas, and losing hair.
Anne McCracken, member of International Stress Management Association, said that stress makes the whole body become weaker. Stressed people have symptoms like losing hair and sleeplessness, for a long time. In addition, the situation does not end because stress factors do not disappear.
After this research, where 3000 persons took part, it concluded that the main cause of stress is work, one third of the participants declaring that work is the most stressing aspect of their life. After this another stressing aspect are children (20 percent), money (15 percent), and relationships (10 percent).
Ironically, losing hair is in fact a stressful situation because the personal aspect is the most important one for most of the people.
Here is the top of the most stressful factors:

1.         Job
2.         Children
3.         Money
4.         Relationships
5.         Thoughts of future
6.         Physical aspect
7.         Living
8.         Parents
9.         Friends
10.       Car
Every day we find threads on our brush, and usually this thing does not bother us. A small part from our hair regenerates. But loosing hair can be a bad think because there might appear diseases like weakness ( always secondary to other bad diseases), stress  situations for a long time ( for example the death of someone loved, days of intellectual hard working at work, exams). Losing a lot of hair or all the hair can be due to chemotherapy. First thing we do is to go to the doctor and find out which is the cause of loosing hair, and very often there is the temptation to fallow a treatment in order to make harder the threads, and many patients follow this kind of treatment for many years. Losing hair can also be a cause of exposing too much to metals such as copper, iron, and aluminum.
Attention: losing hair is a symptom very often met in endocrine affections, though unspecified. You can lose hair as well after giving birth, and it is not at all a sign of disease. Losing hair can also be associated with obesity and diabetes.
There are many methods now, which can stop hair loss, but the best one would be to start stress management. It is the first step to a beautiful, healthy hair.
