Caring for Acne Prone Skin

90% of the teenagers suffer from acne, whose causes are intense hormonal activity, hyperactivity of sebaceous glands.
In general acne can be treated at home, in a cosmetic cabinet or at the dermatologist’s, if it is manifested by papules or nodules.
Daily Care
It is necessary to remove makeup in the evening and in the morning, with special remover, for acne prone skin, followed by the use of a tonic lotion. In the evening and in the morning you must apply a serum which controls sebum production, cream or hydrating serum for the eyes area. In the morning you must apply solar protection. In the case of acne prone skin you should avoid removing pimples at home. Avoid soap, products with high alcohol content and exfoliating products which contain micro particles (especially those which contain fruit acids or enzymes). For a perfect hygiene it is recommended to use paper towels instead of the classical textile towel. Every week you should perform an exfoliating activity, using products based on acids from fruits or enzymes, followed by the applying of an argil mask.
Cosmetic Treatment
Cosmetic treatment is necessary once a week and it concerns cleaning and calming the skin, perhaps by a massage or lymphatic drainage. Consecutive treatments may continue until the improvement is obvious, after that the cosmetician will decide their frequency. In serious cases cosmetic treatment will be replaced by medical one.
You may try a mask based on black radishes, heated, like a pure, for 30 minutes. At the end, after the face was washed with bicarbonate and water, you may apply talc powder.
